Project Brief
This modern coastal retreat was designed to maximize ocean views while maintaining a warm, livable atmosphere. Large glass panels, natural stone finishes, and open-plan interiors allow seamless indoor-outdoor living. The project challenged us to balance structural requirements with a minimalist aesthetic.
Our Solution
We integrated floor-to-ceiling windows with reinforced framing, used reclaimed wood for eco-conscious interiors, and designed tiered decks to extend the living space toward the Pacific Ocean. Each space flows naturally into the next, creating a harmonious living experience.
